History
Ibico technology and products passed through several development stages,
from the concept of quantum mechanical description of human tasks
to the powerful software tool analyzing project schedules
and work breakdown structures. Current Ibico products model budget overruns and milestone delays
with and without user input. Ibico's approach was quickly accepted by
the academic community and is recognized as the first successful approach
transforming normally distributed project task uncertainties
into uni-directional milestone risks.

Ibico, Inc.
Ibico was incorporated in 2004 as an R&D company devoted to the
development of tools and techniques for management of complex
programs. The company founders and current team have extensive backgrounds
in analytical software, wave modeling and quantum methods for probability
analysis, and have tested and applied numerous techniques to improve project
predictability.
Dr. Ilya Fishman, Ibico president, CTO and co-founder, is a solid state
and optical physicist with extensive background in the application of
methods and techniques of modern physics to the
field of project and cost management. He was Senior
Scientist at Stanford Applied Physics Department, and President of fiber-optics
transimission company Optimight Communications in 1999-2002.
